Angela Sun
Angela Sun, an American journalist, television sportscaster as well as documentary filmmaker. Angela Sun is a multi-award winning journalist, sportscaster and producer. She has a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Communications from the University of California. Sun had exceptional surfing skills and was a participant in numerous Pro-Am Surf competitions that led to her being sponsored by major brands such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans etc. The attention she received through this was a slingshot to propel her into the business of entertainment. Then, she went to be a film director, investigative reporter and sportscaster. Sun was a reporter for several news networks, mostly as anchor. In 2003, she became a Fox Sports Net reporter. Sun also hosted American Ninja Warrior in 2012 along with Matt Iseman, Jonny Mosley and Jill Moseley. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute for the season 2014. She was also among the first Asian American star to be a part of the show on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun's acting abilities have gained her the attention of her peers. Her roles include Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009), Shackled 2005 Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. Sun produced and directed Platic Paradise, The Great Pacific Garbage Patch in 2014.
