Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. As a teenager, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16. Within a year she earned her Professional Card aged 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her professional license to continue the education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete for many years and set more ambitious goals every year. By the time 2009 ended she won several fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) ever. Ariel completed the first six years of competing to obtain her degree from the college she attended. In October 2015, she made a return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish at third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th within the fitness division despite being completely unprepared. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel likes working out her back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows with a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as the seated rows. The first step is warming up and then moves on to working out. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Converting all the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
